Terms & Conditions

2. Delivery - All orders are subject to a carriage charge which is calculated by the weight or type of product. Any time or date quoted for dispatch is to be treated as an estimate only. Dispatch may be postponed because of conditions beyond our reasonable control and in no event shall we be liable for damages or penalty for dispatch or delivery. Risk shall pass to you at the time the products are dispatched by us. We accept no no liability for any loss or damage caused by the carrier. You must inspect products on delivery. If products are damaged or not delivered you must notify us within 2 days of delivery or expected delivery.
3. Pricing - Price lists and other advertising material used by us are intended only as an indication of the price and range of products offered and no prices, descriptions or other particulars contained in them shall be binding on us.
4. Payment - All products remain the property of us and will not be dispatched until full payment, including carriage and VAT has been received. You must notify us in writing within 5 days of the date of our invoice of any errors in that invoice. If you do not we may treat you as accepting the accuracy of that invoice.
5. Warranty & Liability - We warrant that we have good title to supply all products to you. If the products prove defective under normal use, they will be repaired or replaced only in accordance with any warranty cover or terms as provided by the manufacturer of the product. We will not be liable for any damaged products or injuries resulting from use of them. In no event shall we be liable for any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information or any other pecuniary loss) arising from the information or products we provide.
6. Returns - Any returns on damaged goods and shortages, should be notified to us within 2 working days and will be fully refunded or replaced providing all products are available for collection in their original packaging.
7. Cancellations - For cancellations you will have 7 days from receipt of the products to notify us by letter, fax or email. The effective date of cancellation is date on which the notice is issued. If you fail to return the products to us within 7 days of the cancellation, we shall be entitled to recover the products and deduct the cost of doing so from any refund that may be due to you. All products must be properly packed and in a saleable condition (including any plastic seals to retail boxed products). You will pay all carriage and insurance charges for goods being returned to us. Refunds will be made by us as soon as reasonably possible, by the same method of payment.
